A growing body of evidence suggests that hypertension is a pathological condition characterized by alterations in calcium signals and changes in the organization of key signaling proteins in arterial smooth muscle. Yet, limited software tools exist to analyze in an integrated, efficient manner the massive amounts of imaging and electrical data generated by research teams. The proposed project will generate a suite of cloud-based programs that address this limitation.
